Hired the small 10ft x 8ft for the children at my 30th BBQ and it was perfect! Just big enough for the little ones and didn't take up too much space in the gardens. Got our confirmation text the night before for delivery time - prompt and friendly. Highly recommend!

Excellent service for my last minute request. Went above and beyond to help best they could. Friendly and welcoming when dropping castle off. Castle was clean , and well looked after. Definitely would recommend and looking forward to using again . One very happy little boy xx

We booked a castle with a slide for the Easter weekend and RCC as usual delivered within the timescale sent to me,set up efficiently and were as accommodating as ever. We had the castle over night and our family and friends had a brilliant time. Will always recommend

Very happy with the service from RCC. We arranged a short notice hire and Eddie was very pleasant and professional to deal with. We hired the Red Party Bouncy Castle (12 x 18ft) and this was perfect for us. Eddie was very polite, courteous and punctual. Would highly recommend to friends and family and would definitely be using RCC again. Thank you RCC.

Delivered at reasonable time and didn’t get picked up til 8pm. Bouncy castle was spotless. Very polite people. would deffo book again considering we didn’t book until day before needed plus it being bank holiday.

Great service, on time, we’ll set up to suit the party plan. The kids loved the slide dome at my daughters party. Would recommend that castle. Great value for money. The kids spent hours on it they was having dance offs. Great volume on the speaker.

Excellent service and price! Would highly recommend. Hired for my little girls birthday and everyone loved it. The only thing I regret is not extending to keep it over night but will definitely be doing that next time. If you want a bouncy castle to hire this is the place to get it from.

Highly recommended. I was let down by another bouncy castle company and these had a castle no issues, all set up n secured by a lovely friendly man n his son.
Was polite n courteous, even left the castle for a few extra hours for kids to enjoy the next day!

Excellent service, we had a house party after a communion and when we arrived home the bouncy castle was all set up and ready to go, the castle was excellent quality and provided hours of fun. They were fantastic from the start. Willing to answer any questions, informative, helpful and friendly. The price was more than reasonable, the contact was clear the night before. They arrived and set up promptly and were able to cater for our artificial grass and collection was prompt too. The equipment was clean and of a high standard. Absolutely fantastic service from RCC Bouncy Castle Hire from start to finish. The ordering process was clear and straight forward and they ensured that we were aware of the full selection of castles before choosing one to hire. All communication was clear and they informed us of the drop off and collection times the day before so that everything would run smoothly. Eddie was very friendly and polite and provided an excellent service. He even asked if our son had enjoyed his party which is really nice and gives it a personal touch - it’s not about just selling castles it’s ensuring that the customers are having fun! I will definitely be using them again in the future and recommending them to all of my family and friends.

I hire them for the superhero castle for my nephew's birthday party. and the castle was the best quality I had ever seen and so well look after. they send a text the day before with a time a fantastic touch. and was on time they was very professional helpful understanding. I would recommend them to everyone thank you so much.
